Amplify Engine

TRAINING SIGNAL ACTIVE
// GUIDE · ONE STORY, EVERY OUTLET

Write it once. Amplify it everywhere.

Amplify is the network's promotion engine. You build one campaign — a show, an artist, a sponsor, an event — and Amplify pushes it to your station page, the U-Rock® story feed, your Facebook Page, and an on-air read for the studio. One write-up, every outlet, logged.

Where it lives: Dashboard → Amplify (Amplify Hub). Affiliates see their own station's campaigns. HQ sees every station and runs network and regional campaigns.

For Station Operators

CREATE
1
Start a New Campaign

Click New Campaign. Give it a real title and pick the type: News, Article, Event, Interview, Artist Promo, Sponsor Promo, Show Promo, Affiliate Update or Network Blast.

2
Write the story and add the pieces

Write the body the way you'd say it on air. Add the link people should click, hashtags, and an image. Use Browse media to pull a photo straight from your Media Library, or paste an image URL. A real photo gets seen; a text-only post gets scrolled past.

3
Pick your outlets

Choose where it goes: station page, homepage, network feed, Facebook, Discord, newsletter, and radio read for the on-air version.

4
Generate platform versions

Click Generate platform versions. Amplify writes a version sized for each outlet from your templates — a short social caption, a fuller article, an air read. Read every one. Fix anything that doesn't sound like your station.

5
Save Draft or Submit for review

Save Draft keeps working on it later. Submit sends it to review. Nothing goes public from a draft.

Approve & Publish

HQ & STATION
6
Approve it — now or on a schedule

Approved campaigns can publish right away or at a set date and time. Scheduled campaigns fire on their own — the engine checks every minute, so a Friday-night show promo can go out Friday afternoon without anyone at the desk.

7
Publish

Hit Publish. The campaign goes into the U-Rock® story feed under your station, then out to every connected outlet you picked. If something fails, the card shows Retry — fix it and send again.

8
Watch the board

The tabs across the top — Drafts, Pending, Scheduled, Published, Failed — show where every campaign stands. The publish log records each send: when, where, and any error. Nothing disappears.

Facebook & Connections

OUTLETS
9
HQ connects your Facebook Page

Facebook is Amplify's main social outlet, and HQ connects your station's Page for you — no passwords shared. Until it's connected, your campaigns still publish to the U-Rock® story feed. Instagram, Threads and live video are not part of Amplify right now.

10
If it says "unhealthy"

An unhealthy — token expired badge means Facebook cut off the Page connection. Posts to that Page are skipped (not lost) and HQ is notified to refresh it. Everything else keeps publishing.

11
Optional: an auto-post webhook

Want other platforms too? Add a webhook from a relay service (Zapier, Make, Buffer or IFTTT) and Amplify hands each published campaign to it automatically.

For HQ & Regional Directors

NETWORK
12
One campaign, many markets

HQ runs network and regional campaigns — one campaign carried across every station in a region or the whole network. Regional Directors coordinate which stations take part, and HQ approves before anything goes out under the U-Rock® Network name.

13
Artist approvals feed Amplify

When a station accepts a new artist, a spotlight campaign is created automatically and waits in Pending for the editor's approval. Read it, approve it, and that artist gets promoted across your outlets the same day they hit rotation.

House rule: real stories, real photos, real links. Write like a station talking to its town, not an ad shouting at it. No fake hype, no made-up numbers, and nothing about money that isn't on the official page. If it wouldn't sound right read on air, it doesn't go out on Amplify.
