The Pipeline
HOW IT FLOWSSubmission → review → rotation → network library. You submit through the artist portal with complete metadata and your PRO affiliation stated; a station or the network reviews; accepted music enters rotation locally and can travel up — station to regional to national — as it earns it. The Airplay guide documents the whole rail.
Why Songs Get Held
THE GATESIncomplete metadata, unresolved ownership (Module 4), missing PRO answer, or repertoire conflicts (a cover of a GMR-controlled song, for instance) hold a track. Nothing personal — the same fail-closed rights law that binds every station binds every submission. Fix the hold, resubmit, and it moves.
